Integrating Spirituality & Mental Health
In this seminar, we will explore Scripture and its relationship with mental health. Just as Christians are not immune to physical illnesses, they are also not immune to mental health struggles. Members of the clergy may also struggle with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
In the past few decades, it has been explored more thoroughly that spirituality and spiritual activities can have a positive impact on mental health and well being.
